Wrinkle Treatment Consultations
Due to the many scientific advances in medicine over the last century, people are living longer, healthier lives, but at the same time we may feel that our outside appearance does not always reflect how we feel on the inside. Wrinkles form as our skin gets older and less elastic, and the Sun does its fair share of damage as well. Injectable treatments are a quick, and convenient way to smooth-out lines on the forehead, and around the eyes and mouth, without any need for surgery.
Injection treatments are available that act on the muscles of the face, causing lines and wrinkles to relax and smoothe out. It can be used to treat the frown lines between the eyebrows, forehead lines, and crow’s feet.
We always carry out a full medical and aesthetic consultation before administering injections. As the effects take 14 days to develop, patients are advised to return for assessment to ensure the best results. Should more injections be required, it is added at this time at no additional cost. Injection treatment results in a softer, more relaxed, less tired appearance. The effects can last around four months. Most men and women find that after about two years of regular treatment, the effects last longer.
